Outbound Shipping and handling:
A1Thrift provides tracked shipping of our order to you.
If an order does not arrive with you within 15 days as seen via the tracking information, we are able to refund your order. Please get in touch with us, if this is the case.
Return Shipping & Refunds:
We really hope that you will love your A1Thrift purchase. However, if it doesn’t fit, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The A1Thrift tag with SKU information must still be attached. If it has fallen off, please ensure it is in the parcel. Items that we receive without tags are not eligible for refunds.
To request a return, you need to use the A1Thrift Returns Portal. Please click on the link found in your order confirmation email or Mail us using Contact Us Form. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your order requires multiple parcels to be returned, please get in touch with our team using Contact Us form or Gmail, who will be able to assist.
Once your return is received, we will check your items and send you a notification email to confirm. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
